To make February 14th an unforgettable event in your life, invite your soul mate to taste the delicious meal that the La Varangue team has prepared for you.
On the menu, you will be treated to seven different dishes, which says a lot about the explosion of flavors that awaits you.

To begin with, the chef and his team offer you a royal kir and some appetizers, to start the evening off right, then they will transport you into the marine world with gravlax-style red tuna. A citrus salad will accompany this starter for the earthy side.

Next comes a veal's head terrine accompanied by foie gras, all drizzled with a chef-style gribiche sauce. A granita of fresh ginger and honey will then be served to you, then delicious prawns with watercress and its trilogy of caramelized potatoes will satisfy your taste buds. As a digestif, an assortment of cheeses with its salad will bring it all down.
Also to symbolize love, a heart of chocolate with red fruits will close this delicious meal.
